The owner of the metalworking shop contacted us with the task of performing routine floor repairs. Based on the expected loads and taking into account the wishes of the client, the optimal technical solution was selected – a concrete floor with a hardener with an average thickness of 15 cm and reinforced with macrofibre.

The concrete was provided by the customer himself, but we carried out the control of the concrete node ourselves anyway: we went to it beforehand, looked at the crushed stone, sand and checked all other points. It was only after our inspection was completed that the customer sent the payment for the concrete.
In addition, we sent our man to the concrete plant to knead the fiber there all day. Thus, the concrete in the mixers arrived at the facility completely ready for pouring.
The area of the object of almost 1,000 m2 and the average layer thickness of 15 cm caused the filling to continue from morning until late evening.
After all our work, the metalworking shop now has a durable concrete floor with topping, which will successfully withstand all production loads for many years.
