The Krypton company has already asked us for help with the arrangement of the industrial floor for the second time. Again, the object was a warehouse, the actual base of which is asphalt, and rubble under it. A clear task was set – to make a concrete floor with a reinforcing top layer. The requirements for the final coverage were as follows: it must be smooth, durable, resistant to abrasion; it must withstand dynamic loads from a loader, Gazelle, rohli, as well as static loads of 2-3 tons.

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

The work was carried out when the temperature was still below zero. Heating was organized inside the room, a greenhouse was also made – you can see it below in one of the photos of the stages of work.

In the course of the work, an increase in the volume of concrete was agreed with the customer in comparison with the calculated one, since the site for pouring had a slope to the right side.

There was another factor that slightly complicated the production process – the location of the object itself. It was difficult to get to him.

OUR RESULTS

We completed each stage of the work quickly and accurately. The client was satisfied. We hope that we will make more than one floor for the KRYPTON company in the future. By the way, for us this object has already become the sixth in Balashikha. This is our record figure among all the cities of the Moscow region in which we worked. The closest pursuer is Mytishchi with a result of 5 objects.
