This company was advised by our client, to whom we had previously made floors also at the car wash. The customer responsibly approached the project to create a new floor – he carefully expressed his requirements and wishes in advance. He highlighted two factors in particular – the final coating should be durable, as well as aesthetic and suitable for the general surroundings of the entire residential complex.

We discussed some nuances at the negotiation stage. As a result, after all the approvals, a technical solution was determined – an industrial topping floor.

The object was handed over to us with some work already done by the customer – waterproofing of the walls was performed, a warm floor was partially made, a plastic tray was installed.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

There were 12 different planes on the floor – razuklonok. This means that the angle of the coating is not straight, but with the presence of various slopes and trays (both plastic and concrete). For us, the presence of such circumstances did not greatly complicate the process, since we already have a lot of experience. We did it.

Since the car wash is located on the minus ground floor of a residential building and next to a shopping center, we had to coordinate the date of our work in advance so that, for example, our pump could drive up and stand outside.

OUR RESULTS

The client periodically worried at the initial stages – it even happened that the deadlines were shifted by several days, because organizational issues were being resolved. But the further the work progressed, the calmer he became, because he saw and understood that everything was going as it should. At the stage of submitting documents, the client paid on time and felt confident about the quality of the final coverage.
