At this facility, the general contractor was the customer for us. He applied with a ready-made technical task, according to which it was required to arrange a concrete floor with topping, reinforced with a reinforcing mesh in one layer, and in some places with additional reinforcement.

The object was a regime one, i.e. a pass system operated on it. Therefore, each visit to the premises had to be coordinated in advance.
During the work, our workers had an unpleasant situation – a two-rotor machine broke down. Because of this, the grout on the remaining area was completed with single-rotor machines. The result was worse in quality – the floor had roughness. Despite what happened, our company's approach is that we bring the work to the stated result under any circumstances.
Therefore, we additionally carried out repair work in the form of milling the coating – polished with a special grinding and polishing machine. At the same time, several abrasive discs of different grain sizes were used to gradually bring the coating to a smooth appearance.
Upon completion of all work, the general contractor accepted our floor, which corresponded to all the wishes of the client, namely: smooth, dust-free and able to withstand the upcoming loads.
