IDENTIFIED THE MAIN NEEDS OF THE CLIENT

The client was building a logistics center with an area of 200,000 m2. and I was looking for those who are able to perform seamless tiles and guarantee the absence of cracks in the future. At the time of contacting Proftehpol, the previous contractor had already made 40,000 m2 of floors that had cracked for several months. Therefore, the customer made a choice in favor of our company. The task was as follows: to perform a steel–fiber concrete floor with a hardener without cutting shrinkage seams – the so-called seamless floor - with a requirement for evenness of 1 mm per 1 meter; to fill and topping an area of 1,500 m2 daily.

DIFFICULTIES IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE FLOOR AT THIS FACILITY

The floors were made according to Czech technology, it was not easy to comply with the requirements of European standards for the quality of concrete: the exact water-cement ratio, washed sand, washed crushed stone, the same interval of concrete delivery. During the production process, 10 nodes were inspected. The work was carried out in November, for 5 days it was freezing at night to -8 ° – at such moments the room was heated with guns to maintain the air temperature of +15 °.

WHAT HAPPENED IN THE END

The customer was so impressed with the organization of production that he invited the Iranian ambassador with a delegation of 10 people to the inspection. The work was completed on time, the deviation from evenness for the entire site of 23,500 square meters was no more than 2 mm. During operation, not a single crack appeared in the working area of the warehouse. It was the first object in Belarus made according to the European technology of seamless steel-fiber concrete floors with a hardener with one hundred percent result.
