We have already worked with this customer before – we made a concrete screed on the ground floor, and a topping floor on the basement. And now there is a need for a polymer coating. For the client, 2 factors of the final gender were important: anti-dust and aesthetics.

Before starting work on the polymer coating, we had to repair the concrete screed for the following reason. When the elevator arrived on the first floor, it stopped 3 cm below the floor. We carefully dismantled part of the concrete screed so that it smoothly and imperceptibly descended to the elevator by these 3 cm. It turned out to be a small barely noticeable ramp at a distance of 2 m.
The customer needed aesthetics. At the moment when the color was already agreed and the work was about to begin, he suddenly wished that the coating was with flocks. The customer specified how the issue could be resolved quickly. As a result, the situation was solved as follows: several samples of flocks were brought to the facility; they were scattered on the concrete pavement so that the customer could see how it would look; he chose the option he liked and determined the concentration of flocks per unit area; they quickly issued and signed an additional agreement.
All the wishes of the customer were taken into account, the work was completed on time. Now the client has another reliable coating, which is also beautiful.
