A client applied to our company for an industrial floor device, which we already made floors for last spring. Then there was a topping floor with an area of 5,847 m2.
At the same time, it was necessary to make a polymer floor for the production room. The technical solution was chosen as follows – a polymer coating with a base layer and preliminary leveling and repair of the current base.

After the conclusion of the contract, when we had already started work, the following fact was revealed: the number of repair personnel originally included in the estimate turned out to be insufficient. We had to negotiate an additional amount of material with the customer.
Since the customer understood the situation himself and saw how we work and how much material we spend, new expenses were quickly agreed with him. Moreover, the total amount of payment increased only for materials – we did not add anything to the work.
The client's room now has a smooth, durable and beautiful polymer floor. From now on, it can be downloaded in full for production purposes.
