The client, to whom we made a concrete floor with a hardener on the ground floor of an industrial building rented by him, also needed to perform work on the polymer coating on the second and third floors.

Some expensive floor was not required. We offered the customer a budget-tested option, which proved itself well at our several previous facilities. The technical solution was chosen as follows – a polymer coating with a base layer.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

The client paid for the work at the very end of April, so the work was performed on the May holidays.

On the second floor there was a section where the base was a little "buggy": the screed on which we made the floor structure was slightly detached from the underlying floor slab (when you knock on such a place, a dull sound is made).

The repair was carried out as follows: holes were made, and through them an "injection" was introduced – a special adhesive compound that bonded the screed to the floor slab.

OUR RESULTS

After completion of the work on the second and third floors, the client in his rented industrial building everywhere has a high-quality coating that meets all production requirements.
