A polymer pipe manufacturer entrusted us with the installation of a floor at their facility. The main requirements included: resistance to moisture, dust and abrasion; repetition of the evenness of the base; impact resistance; service life of 15–20 years; gray color.

We conducted a thorough assessment and found the best solution: a polymer coating with a thickness of only 1 mm, without unnecessary layers, but with a perfectly prepared base — reliable, modern, and cost-effective.

The main difficulties were caused by the base, which had significant deviations and defects. We had to sign an additional agreement with the client and carry out a full repair.

Preparing the base took a lot of time, but the surface coating was then completed quickly and without any issues.
