The client contacted us with the following task. In the production room, a primer has already been applied (but not sanded) on a concrete base. He wanted to get an inexpensive dust-free coating there, which would withstand production in the form of small machines and trolleys. And the key factor for the customer was the availability of a 2-year warranty.

The technical solution was chosen as follows: polyurethane-cement coating from the company Sika.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

In our work, we used the material Sika PurCem 31 – this is a new line from this manufacturer. To make everything clear, we invited a technologist from their company to the facility on the first day.

The concrete base was uneven in places. In agreement with the customer, we additionally primed these places. They also leveled the area near the gate.

OUR RESULTS

The client received a beautiful and excellent in operational terms coating made of the latest material. In addition to this building, the customer is planning work on the installation of industrial floors – both concrete and polymer – in several others. We look forward to continuing our cooperation as soon as possible!
