In the car service room, it was necessary to perform work on the installation of an industrial floor. At the time of contacting us, there was already an observation pit at the facility, and another one was planned to appear in the future, so these two places had to be left empty.

The base was old concrete, so our chief designer chose such a technical solution – a concrete floor with an average thickness of 11 mm with a reinforced top layer and reinforced with plastic fiber.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

In some places, the premises did not need to be filled at all, and in some places it was too narrow for a grout machine. All these nuances were agreed upon before the start of work, so there were no problems during pouring and grouting.

There were pits behind the existing observation pit and the future observation pit. They also needed to be filled, but not at the floor level, but slightly lower, and each at its own height.

It is worth admitting that initially the filling of the pits was flawed – they were not filled at the right levels. However, we quickly settled this point – we went to the facility again and polished it up a bit.

OUR RESULTS

The client was satisfied with our work, and so were we. Now, in his car service, you can forget about problems with the floor for many, many years.
