The customer of the work was the tenant of the production and warehouse building. It was necessary to make a concrete floor on the ground floor.
The current base was old concrete, so a classic technical solution was chosen for such a case – a topping floor with an average thickness of 90 mm, reinforced with plastic fiber.

nitially, the customer and I, in addition to the actual manufacture of the floor, planned to install three more ramps. To do this, it would have been necessary to dismantle the base in front of the gate, but the building owner did not allow it. Therefore, this part of the work was canceled.
After work in some places, the topping peeled off. We repaired these areas twice: first with one composition, but the customer did not like it, because it did not match in color; the second time we used a different composition, and then it turned out better.
Yes, the work at this facility was not without flaws. But we eliminated them and eventually transferred the floor with the declared production parameters to the client for use.
