The object of the REMSTROYSERVICE company is quite remarkable, because it reflects all our experience in industrial floors. At this facility, we offered the customer four floor options, despite the fact that they all had the same coating – a concrete floor with a hardener. However, the designs themselves were completely different. I.e., these are the four main designs. We can say that all our "baggage" of knowledge, all our know-how of working in floors were embodied here.

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

This object is a complex of very old buildings. The date of construction is the beginning of the XX century (we can say historical value). The foundations in the buildings were very diverse – for these 100-plus years, they could do anything with these floors. Somewhere there was construction debris, somewhere there were remnants of foundations. In addition, several layers of floors were erected on them. Each of the four buildings had different designs. We worked in a very short time, because there was no time for all the dismantling. Accordingly, we developed each individual design for each individual case in order to do everything quickly and at the same time make a working design. As a result, each building turned out to have exactly the same floor.

OUR RESULTS

As a result of our work, the customer now has a whole complex of buildings with reliable concrete floors that will serve him faithfully for many years. Also note that this project turned out to be economically beneficial to both sides. As the executors of the work, we received a good payment on time (and at some stage even ahead of time), and the client invested the funds correctly, which will pay off in the very near future.
