In October 2020, we signed a contract to carry out work on the installation of floors. The object is a hangar consisting of two buildings, each of them at its own level. A whole set of tasks was required of us: to remove the foundation; to hollow out the old asphalt; to remove some ground level; to dig trenches under the foundation, pour sand, level and tamp; to put the formwork; to tie the frames for the foundation; and only then to fill the foundation, fill the base, tamp the base, tie the reinforcement and finally pour concrete.

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

Let 's highlight two main difficulties:

The asphalt layer was too big. We ordered a tractor, but he could not break out such a thickness with an ordinary bucket. We spent time and effort, but not very effectively. Therefore, another tractor was called to help – with a hydraulic hammer.
Due to the steep slope, a decent amount of soil was used to level the base.

THE RESULTS OF OUR WORK

In two months of work, we achieved the following result: one hangar was filled at its own level, a step was made, and the second hangar was on another level. This is exactly the result the customer wanted.
