FEATURES OF THE WORKS
The customer carried out the base on their own, but entrusted the final alignment to us. This approach, which is rare in our practice, turned out to be reasonable: rough work can be entrusted to any builders, but the final stage is better to entrust to specialists.
Although the base required adjustments in some places, overall this allowed us to achieve the required accuracy before installing the floor.
With a thickness of 180 mm, the interlayer reinforcement fixators (or simply "frogs") had to be made very low, which was quite difficult. But we managed.
The customer suggested that the filling be done in two stages. However, we insisted on doing the entire job at once, as it was faster and within our capabilities.
There was a small incident: before entering the building, cement milk got on the asphalt. At the client's request, we promptly resolved the situation by negotiating with a local worker, and the issue was resolved for a small fee.
OUR RESULTS
The client accepted the object without a single remark, which is recorded in the act of completed work. Well, we believe in the sign: where the fourth successfully completed object, there is not far to the sixth.
