At this facility, the task was to make a floor for a building that did not exist yet. The customer planned to build a prefabricated warehouse on our already finished floor by another contractor. Therefore, the scope of work included preparing a base of sand and filling the floor even in street conditions.

A standard technical solution was chosen – a concrete floor with topping. But the thickness was already required seriously – 200 mm – for the reason described above. According to the project, 2 layers of reinforcement were to be connected, and additional reinforcement was required along the perimeter, where the largest load from the building falls.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

Before the pouring stage, we arranged the base of sand on our own, which was provided to us by the customer.

After the main work and cutting the seams, we did not seal them for a long time, because the object was still on the street, and the necessary condition for the quality of the final step is the dryness of the shrinkage seams. Therefore, we were able to finish the work completely when the building was already fully built.

OUR RESULTS

The client received on time a high-quality coating for the warehouse, where the racks have already been installed and which is already in full operation.
