The current old, uneven, ruined foundation of the floor was as follows: a sand cushion, concrete covering and reinforcement with a wide pitch of about half a meter. And the existing foundation had a very large height difference. It was necessary to perform a new floor and at the same time repeat the contour. We have proposed a standard technical solution – a leveling concrete screed with a hardener in the form of macrofibre.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

The peculiarity of the work was that the object is an operating enterprise. Therefore, our work was tied to weekends. We were sympathetic to this circumstance and effectively used our temporary opportunities.

Another difficulty is that the warehouse's shelving system was not cleaned. All structures had to be bypassed during concreting. This is difficult, especially when processing with topping. We used small machines and a lot of manual work, a lot of connections.

OUR RESULTS

At the end of the last stage of the concrete floor, the client asked him to wash it. In general, this action is not included in the scope of our duties, but we fulfilled his request. He was satisfied with the final coating itself and the cleanliness.
