IIn this production cycle, our customer was not the owner, but the tenant of the warehouse. The first thing he planned to do indoors were the floors.

Two types of loads were planned in the warehouse – 1) dynamic in the form of electric cars with cargo and 2) static in the form of pallets with goods weighing up to 1 ton. The client called the key requirement for the final floor resistance to moisture, dust, and abrasion.

Based on data on the type of room, the condition of the current foundation, the types of loads and their intensity, we have developed the best technical solution – a topping floor with an average thickness of 100 mm reinforced with plastic fiber.

Before signing the contract, we went to the facility and took a preliminary survey. But we made a mistake, which was discovered already during the arrival at the warehouse of the foreman with the team: we did not take pictures of one area where the highest base turned out to be. We had to solve this situation quickly – the dismantling of this area was organized.

OUR RESULTS

Thanks to our work, the warehouse is now equipped with a modern industrial floor capable of withstanding production loads for many years without loss of appearance and technical characteristics.
