The task from the customer was to make a flat floor – there was already a concrete base on both floors. It was necessary to level the surface with a minimum layer that allows you to give the necessary strength. The engineering solution proposed by us and subsequently implemented is a concrete floor with macrofibre and with a reinforcing top layer.

One of the difficulties was the minus of the first floor. There it was necessary to lower the pipes from the concrete pump in a certain way. Additionally, a winch was mounted to move the grout machines.
Another complexity of the object is the presence of a large number of corners, turns, hard-to-reach places under the stairs. Such sites required more attention and effort during the work.
Well, the third point is the presence of underfloor heating in two places and a lot of communications from pipes on the ground floor. Workers have filled up such areas to close them.
The customer was satisfied with the results of the work. Let's note another point. At the facility, the client had lifting gates that are rolled into a roll. And they were faulty. Our head of works Dmitry repaired the gates himself as a bonus, after which they began to work normally again.
