Floor arrangement ACCORDING TO THE ENGINEERING SOLUTION FOR THE OBJECT: JSC INVIT
how we implemented this floor design
FEATURES OF THE WORK
According to the contract with the customer, we were supposed to fill the floors only inside 5 rooms. But there was also a corridor that connected all these rooms, and the landlord planned to do the concreting and tiling in it.
Since the base was at a different level in each room, our client initially had the idea that we would fill the floor with the minimum allowable thickness everywhere, and the owner of the premises would eventually tile the floor to the level of our floors during his work.
However, right before the start of the production cycle, after the contract had been signed, it turned out that the landlord was not going to do his part taking into account the floor levels. Therefore, we agreed with our customer on the installation of smoothly rising ramps in each room.
Usually, our work at sites goes like this: pouring on the first day, grouting on the next, and cutting seams on the third. But because the concrete set quickly this time, the last two stages were completed within one day.
OUR RESULTS
We made floors for the customer with the required properties and within the agreed time frame. We believe that such an improvement of the workspace will have a positive impact on the production and financial performance of the client's company in the very near future.
