Initially, the customer had an idea to make a polymer floor in his production and warehouse. The task was to bring the base into a more or less even appearance and make the final coating powerless.

After examining the base, we suggested another solution, because it would be more expensive to align with polymer. In addition to the financial aspect, there were others. There were local fractures at the base – dimples. Another argument against a technical solution using a polymer coating is a shorter service life. Therefore, we offered the customer a concrete floor with topping. This option turned out to be advantageous both in terms of price and durability.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

The room was on the second floor. Concrete had to be fed through a small window. This stage required special care not to damage the window. In the room itself, there was another obstacle in the form of a wall consisting of a profiled sheet in the way of concrete supply. The solution was simple – unscrewed the screws and removed it for a while.

Another feature of the work is the stage when we dismantled a concrete screed under the ramp. Concrete from the second floor was taken out through a freight elevator.

OUR RESULTS

At one of the final stages of the work, the client, having seen the floor, left this review:

"I looked at the floor yesterday. He's wonderful. If nothing cracks there and everything is fine, then this is one of the best floors I've ever seen. I hope that everything will end well there. It turned out very cool!"

As you can see from the final photos, everything worked out and nothing cracked.
