The object is an industrial building of a former brick factory that was in operation. There was an old concrete covering in the room, which, according to the characteristics, no longer met modern requirements. The customer planned to open a new production facility in this workshop. To achieve this goal, one of the key factors is a modern concrete floor.

We have proposed our technical solution – a concrete leveling screed with a hardener reinforced with macrofibre. For the customer, this turned out to be the most suitable option, because "the engineering solution itself is very sensible" (his words), and everything was fine with the cost.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

During one of the stages, it turned out that additional work was needed to arrange the channel with a metal corner frame. We promptly agreed on this issue with the customer and completed it during the concreting process.

Of the difficulties, we note the presence of one machine in the room. I had to tinker under it to pour and process the coating. But they also successfully coped with this.

OUR RESULTS

Our most powerful team worked at this facility. In a short time, in just 4 fills, a concrete topping floor with a hardener was made on an area of 4,750 m2.
