Large metal products are produced in the customer's premises. We were required to fill the floor on a relatively small area of 104 m2. It was necessary to make this platform just for the final inspection of the finished product.

The customer asked to make a very smooth final coating, and one half had to be made simply concrete, and the other with topping. This wish was justified by the fact that the floor without topping is not rough. The client had previously had the experience of coating with a reinforcing top layer – it was quite slippery when people came in from the street in snow-wet shoes.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

The floor had a crushed stone base. We had to put a formwork, and with a crushed stone base it is not so strong. Since we couldn't not make the formwork around the perimeter, we first chose one technical solution. During the implementation of this option, it became obvious that the frame was not particularly rigid. They figured it out in time and slightly changed their approach. As a result, the formwork turned out as it should.

OUR RESULTS

The client's company is a joint–stock company, their head office is located in Moscow, and he himself is located in the village of Bolshoe Tolbino. Usually in such cases, all the issues related to paperwork, payment, etc. take longer than usual. Even in the contract, these temporary nuances were taken into account. But after we delivered the fully finished coverage, they paid faster than expected. We can assume that this is a confirmation of high-quality work on our part.
