The year before last, this customer – the general contracting organization – already ordered from us the execution of the floor in the same building on the tenth floor. This time we were asked for a floor arrangement in a room of about the same area and about the same type, but already on the 9th floor. It was necessary to arrange a concrete floor with two types of topping – gray and black.

Over the past year, work at this facility has proved to be the most difficult.
First, the delivery of topping. Previously, we ordered Sica topping for work on the 10th floor. At the same time, due to the situation in the country, this supplier did not have the topping we needed. I had to look for other options. As a result, they found it – from the company Monopol.
The foreman of the brigade assigned to this facility urgently had to leave for family reasons. The customer refused our offer to postpone the start of work for one day. We found other workers. There were a lot of wires and sockets all over the area of the room. These workers, seeing all the complexity, immediately ran away. As a result, the initial team started the work.
Since the room is located on the 9th floor, the delivery of equipment and materials there was planned via an elevator. In fact, it turned out not to be so – a lot of things did not fit in the elevator. Therefore, the grid was lifted manually by a ladder; a crane was ordered to move the equipment, which led to additional costs.
We have performed the work at the highest possible level of quality. The customer informed that in the same building there is another room on the ground floor where a new floor is required. And in general, this general contractor has and plans many facilities. Therefore, we expect that we will cooperate more than once.
