The client's need was to change the old parking surface to a new one and level the floor. The object was located on the ground floor of a residential building and was a parking lot of some ministry. The task was to align the coating so that there was a slope in the middle. This was required so that the water or dirt that flows from the machines would drain into the trays. We proposed and subsequently implemented a technical solution in the form of a concrete floor with a hardener and macrofibre.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

Difficulties during the work were mainly with residents, because the object was located in a residential building. This manifested itself at the preparation stage, when the punchers were working and the tray was being installed. But that's half the trouble. The "most-most" happened at the grout stage, because the workers did it at night – immediately after the concrete was ready. Through communication skills, we have settled all the grievances.

According to the results of the filling, two corrections were made – firstly, a part of the flooded coating was demolished and it was filled in again so that the cars could comfortably pass along the height. Secondly, an additional tray was installed.

OUR RESULTS

We were constantly in communication with the client and promptly responded to his comments (and sometimes even comments). As a result, we provided a ready-made coating corresponding to his original request.
