After the first acquaintance with the client and his object, the idea arose to make a concrete floor with combined reinforcement – over the entire area with plastic fiber and in several sections with a reinforcement frame in one layer.

However, further technical examination showed that the existing concrete base could not be called load-bearing due to its small thickness and other factors. As a result, the technical solution was aimed at creating a reliable load–bearing floor and sounded like this - a topping floor with an average thickness of 130 mm reinforced with steel fiber.

Due to the changed technical solution, the fittings brought to the facility had to be taken to the warehouse. It's still there, but fortunately, some of it has already been used elsewhere recently.

This production facility is located very close to Vnukovo airport and therefore is a closed facility. To get to the facility, workers and machines were coordinated and issued passes.

OUR RESULTS

As a result of all the work, the client received a modern concrete floor with a durable coating in his production, which, with proper care, will last for decades.
