At the wooden crate production facility, it was necessary to make floors and a ramp near the gate. The customer called the key parameter of the new floor resistance to moisture, dust, and abrasion.
Taking into account all the features, the following technical solution was selected – a concrete floor with topping, reinforced with steel fiber; a concrete ramp with a combined reinforcement reinforcement frame and polypropylene macrofibre.

There were pits in some places of the base. The customer covered them with sand himself, we measured them with a special device, and the result was unsatisfactory. Then, together with the client's workers, we completed the sandy base.
In areas with a total area of 95 m2, where the base was destroyed, the reinforcement was additionally laid in one layer.
The concrete plant was offered to us by the customer himself. As a result, we worked with him, since he was located near the facility and successfully passed our on-site inspection.
We did the work on the site on time and in accordance with standard technology. The client was satisfied with the result.
