According to the customer's idea, the building was to eventually become a production one. He was knitting a reinforcing mesh on his own – our duties included pouring an industrially polished concrete floor with a hardener on two floors: first on the second, and after a while on the first. It was required to pour through a concrete pump.

The difficulty appeared during the first pouring – not a very good foundation in terms of a small number of beams and lintels. They put up racks to support the second floor. Careful work on the filling and additional supports did their job, and we successfully completed the filling.
The second difficulty is that there were residential buildings near the object. In order not to create noise and interference with the work of helicopters, residents had to start pouring early – at 4-5 o'clock in the morning. It is important for us to maintain good relations with the environment in which we work.
The customer was satisfied with the result of the filling work on the first and second floors. We completed all the stages on time and in full compliance with the engineering solution and technical program.
