To begin with, we note the efficiency of the customer himself at the negotiation stage. A few days after meeting our company, he made the payment.

The client's company had a production facility that he rented. It was necessary to fill only half of the room – to make a full fill along the length, but to leave a meter of distance untouched along the width on the right side. This was due to the fact that the doors were located on the wall below, and when filling the entire area, they would have to be lifted. But the customer was not going to use the doors in the future.

We have proposed a technical solution – a concrete floor with a hardener reinforced with macrofibre.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

On the left side of the room, the wall was made of profiled sheet, which did not reach the base a little. To prevent the concrete from leaking, we continued the film, which always spreads on the floors, in two layers to the profiled sheet.

There was a pit in one corner of the room. And the client, even when applying, outlined his request – to make a more or less level floor. At the same time, he understood that with the final coating, the unevenness could be repeated. We calculated the geometry of the floor and made the floor in three planes. The first one was filled into the horizon, the second one was tilted to the left, and the third one was tilted both forward and to the right. Thanks to this engineering solution, the final floor began to visually appear smooth. In addition, we did not make a large consumption of concrete and thereby saved the client a decent amount of money.
