The customer rented out his workshop for some time, and the foundation at the time of contacting us was no longer smooth, with destruction. The client planned to use the room for his tasks after the work. It was necessary to perform routine floor repairs.

The technical solution was chosen as standard – a topping floor with an average thickness of 130 mm, reinforced with plastic macrofibre over the entire area and in some places additionally reinforced with a mesh with a diameter of 5 mm.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

There was a sharp drop in the thickness of the concrete layer in the trenches, so they were additionally reinforced with mesh in order to prevent cracks.

Even at the stage of forming the estimate, we determined that we would pour directly from the mixer with self-watering. But before starting work on the installation of a concrete floor, the client laid electrical cables at the facility. In order not to damage them, the rental of a concrete pump was agreed with the customer.

The facility had a 1.5 meter deep pit. The customer thought to fill it with concrete, but this option would be too costly and generally suboptimal. We solved the situation like this: we asked the customer to fill it with sand, tamp it down and leave a small pit with a depth of 150 mm on top.

OUR RESULTS

As a result of all the production stages, a durable and beautiful industrial floor appeared in the workshop, designed for long-term operation without loss of production characteristics.
