This time, a company from the metallurgical industry approached us – there was a need to tidy up the floor in a room on the second floor.

After conducting a standard detailed technical survey over the phone and visiting the site before signing the contract, our design department received all the necessary information and selected the best technical solution.

The following design was approved and subsequently implemented: a reinforced concrete floor with an average thickness of 12 cm and a combined reinforcement of metal frame and plastic fiber.

FEATURES OF WORKS

The customer carried out some of the preparatory work, such as dismantling the ramps, on their own.

The facility was a restricted area, so in order to visit it, it was necessary to coordinate and approve lists of people and vehicles.

From the metal supplier, we ordered already connected grids of ⌀10 mm reinforcement bars. The finished products, measuring 2 by 6 meters, were laid out in the room and fastened together.

There was a large opening between the first and second floors, which made it convenient to supply concrete. There was also a crane beam, which was used to lift equipment and materials.

OUR RESULTS

The client wanted a smooth, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and durable industrial floor. And we delivered. We think that a quality floor will have a positive impact on the production volumes of the customer's company.
