In the Prokshino residential complex, it was necessary to make a floor for industrial loads in an office and warehouse space.
Since the facility already had an old concrete base, the technical solution was chosen as follows – a 12.5 cm thick concrete screed with topping and reinforcement with plastic fiber.

The area around the facility did not have a place to flush the concrete mixer truck after pouring. Therefore, at the preparation stage, a special tray was built from pre-ordered materials.
We have been waiting for a long time for a signal from the client to come and seal the seams. But the room is already fully functioning and filled with goods, which is why it is not possible to come and perform this step on the entire area. We agreed with the customer that we will deliver the sealant, and he will seal the seams himself.
The floors have been in full use for more than two months now, and there have been no complaints. We are sure that this will continue for many more years.
