We have already made a concrete floor with a reinforcing top layer inside the production room for this client. Within the framework of the same agreement, three additional agreements were concluded for work on the installation of floors: 1) on 3 foundations, 2) on 6 ramps and 3) on 2 mezzanines.

The following designs were selected:

for foundations – a concrete floor with a thickness of 28 cm, reinforced with reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm in two layers;
for ramps – a concrete floor with an average thickness of 20 cm with topping, reinforced with a combined reinforcement with a diameter of 12 mm in one layer and polypropylene macrofibre;
for mezzanines, a concrete floor with a 12 cm thick topping and reinforcement in two layers of reinforcement with a diameter of 10 mm and a mesh with a diameter of 6 mm.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

According to the project, the reinforcement of the mezzanines should have been different. But knowing in practice the negative consequences of such an option, we nevertheless insisted on another, more effective solution.

Racks were rented to work with andresols. They were installed to ensure safety during pouring. A huge load was created at the place where the concrete mixture was poured, since the weight of each cube of concrete was about 2.7 tons. Also, these racks remained after pouring for several days for the period of proper solidification of the concrete.

The only point in the entire production cycle that the customer asked to settle was the concrete that got on the wall in several places. We solved this issue quickly – we arrived and cleared it.

OUR RESULTS

As a result of the entire complex of works, the customer now has very strong foundations for equipment, reliable ramps for entry/exit of equipment and durable mezzanines for performing production tasks.

During the period of work on the main agreement, the client and I reached a good understanding, so that during the arrangement of the floors according to additional agreements, we better took into account his wishes and requirements, and he, for his part, helped in every possible way.
