The object consisted of one large corridor and two more rooms. The customer initially approached us with the idea of his design, according to which the floor will have one layer of mesh. Since the concrete base had already taken place, he proposed to make a coating with a single layer of mesh. We offered our own option – the option of reinforcement not with mesh, but with fiber. And in the course of negotiations, we agreed on this option and approved a technical solution in the form of a concrete floor with a hardener reinforced with polypropylene fiber.

Of the additional works, the dismantling of the old foundation in three places, the manufacture of a pit in one of the rooms and a ramp near the gate were agreed.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

At the stage of dismantling the old coating, we initially planned that the concrete fight would be able to be stacked somewhere on the site. However, the volume of the battle turned out to be too large, the customer did not have a place for him. Additionally, Kamaz and a loader were called to solve this issue.

During the dismantling and pouring works, it turned out that we blocked the passage and passage from one room to another, and the client needed to continue his work, since this is an operating paint and varnish company. Therefore, at his suggestion and approval, an additional passage was recaptured a little further and thereby made.

Since there were a lot of quick-burning substances in this paint and varnish company, various documents on fire safety and electrical safety were required from us.

In one of the rooms, the customer did not remove the racks. Therefore, the floor was filled in these places along with the legs of the shelves. And there I had to work not with an ordinary two-rotor machine, but manually with a single-rotor to get a smooth and even floor.

OUR RESULTS

At each stage of the work, we acted according to the technical solution and the technical program, while trying to take into account all the wishes of the client. As a result of the work, he received a smooth, smooth and durable industrial floor at his facility.
