The customer had two areas where it was required to make concrete floors: 1) in an almost completed warehouse with a half-finished roof and 2) on a ready-made foundation, where the building was just to be erected. The technical solution was chosen as follows: concrete floor with a hardener, reinforced with steel fiber.

At this facility, in addition to directly pouring and grouting concrete, we also prepared a sandy base. The customer provided the sand, but we did everything else – we drove a skating rink, our workers leveled and prepared the sand, vibrated it and compacted it properly. And only then began work on pouring concrete.
Initially, the client thought that we would complete the filling in two stages, but we did it in one. The fact is that in a building with an unfinished roof, the customer first of all wanted to finish it. However, in those days the weather made its own adjustments and there was a strong wind. The workers who were engaged in the roof could not do their job in such a situation. We waited a few days and decided to discuss with the customer such an option that first we will do the work on the floor, and then the "roof guards" will do their work. That's what they agreed on.
At the grout stage, there were some nuances with protruding fiber. We sent a repairman to the facility, and he settled everything.
The customer made the right decision that it is necessary to take care of good floors at the initial stages of the construction of buildings. Now this issue has been resolved for him for many years.
