The owner of the Dmitrov Foundry and Mechanical Plant turned to us for the installation of a concrete floor for three rooms - one large and two small.
The technical solution was chosen as standard – a concrete floor with a hardener; reinforcement in a large room over the entire area with plastic fiber and additional reinforcement on a 52 m2 site in the form of a reinforcing mesh; in small rooms, reinforcement with steel fiber.

Initially, before signing the contract, we calculated the exact amount of concrete needed to make a flat floor over the entire area. However, right before pouring, the client informed that it was necessary to raise the floor level so that it coincided with the level of the cold shop outside. We quickly recalculated the volume of concrete and fiber and signed an additional agreement.
On the day the facility was prepared for pouring, additional work was performed to reduce the consumption of concrete – in several places, crushed stone was first filled in, compacted, tamped, and corners were placed in different places.
Even before our arrival, the client himself painted the columns a bright orange color. To protect the surfaces from contamination, workers wrapped the walls and columns with film.
The client received excellent concrete floors with topping for three rooms of his plant, taking into account all available loads and production features. In the future, he plans to work on the floors and other areas. We look forward to continuing our cooperation as soon as possible.
