Our customer is the owner of several premises, which he currently brings into an attractive appearance and rents out. He turned to us for the second time – just recently we filled in a concrete floor with topping for an office and retail space with an area of 256 m2.

Now it was necessary to make a new coating for a pet store with an area of 490 m2. The chosen technical solution is a concrete floor with a reinforcing top layer on a concrete base, reinforced with macrofibre.

Since the head office of our company is located in Moscow, all administrative issues had to be solved at a distance. Well, this is the second facility in St. Petersburg, for the first time we have already gained the necessary experience, so the entire production process was carried out without overlaps.

We worked with the same concrete node as before. There were concerns, since before that the filling was postponed for 2 days due to two factors - 1) there was some kind of event in the city, which caused many roads to be blocked and there were big traffic jams, and 2) electricity was turned off at the concrete junction. But this time, with the delivery of concrete, everything turned out clearly and on time.

OUR RESULTS

Thanks to our efforts, the client now has two rooms with high-quality reliable floors at his disposal. Even sent a review on the letterhead. We are sure that tenants will also appreciate the new coverage!
