The entire room of this object was about 1,000 m2, but the task was to fill only the part that our customer rented. Accordingly, there was another tenant in this room. The area of our client is 217 m2.

At the stage of agreement of the contract, the customer offered, on his own initiative, to put a corner along the entire perimeter of the flooded area in order to then attach to it with a grid. Thus, he wanted to separate this entire zone from other sites. But we reported that the corner is not required – it is possible to attach a grid and so. As a result, the corner was removed from the final technical solution – the price of the work fell slightly due to this.

Our standard solution was chosen and implemented at this facility – a concrete floor with topping.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

Since there was another tenant on the territory of the entire premises who had commodity values, we had to coordinate the working hours in advance so that a representative from his side would be present at that time. The technology of laying the floor implies round-the-clock work at a certain stage, so the person from the second tenant was also forced to go out at night.

We filled the floor only on a part of the entire area of the room, and it was necessary to make a ramp, since it towered over the rest of the squares. Due to the peculiarities of the work of the stacker, we made a ramp turned in two directions. For its implementation, it was necessary to dismantle about 10-15 m2 of concrete base. The volume turned out to be large – they expected that everything would fit into one container, and as a result, they called the second one.

Interaction with the customer was remembered only by positive moments. They provided the data we needed in a timely manner: for example, the layout of the racks so that we could accurately calculate the size of the ramp. Also, one day our workers were even fed for free in the local canteen.
