In the Sokolinaya Gora district of Moscow, it was necessary to make a light floor for an office space on the ground floor. The following technical solution was identified – a concrete floor with white topping reinforced with polypropylene macrofibre. The average thickness of the structure is 130 mm.
The complex of works also included the installation of a ramp on the street and a retaining wall between it and the parking lot.

Since white topping was part of the design, it had to be handled more carefully and diligently than usual.
Unfortunately, there were defects during the work: fiber stuck out in two places, and small cracks appeared. Naturally, we did not ignore this – at the stage of sealing the seams, we eliminated the protruding fiber and sealed the cracks.
The office floor turned out to be very beautiful and, thanks to a properly selected design, strong and durable. Now the client has solved this issue for many years.
The customer also plans to make a floor on another floor of the same building. We believe that we have established ourselves as reliable contractors, so we look forward to further cooperation.
