FOUND OUT THE NEEDS OF THE CLIENT
The owner of this plant is a former meat processing plant. They have a huge territory and a lot of empty rooms at their disposal. These premises are being restored and rented out. In this case, we were talking about a workshop for a tenant who has a production facility for processing plastic waste and manufacturing products from plastic products.
Even before meeting us, the customer agreed to work with another company, but that at the last moment for some reason "fell off". Fortunately, we were found and quickly and energetically set to work. We conducted a technical assessment, thanks to which we received the following information:
- The actual composition and condition of the base is concrete. The finished room in which you need to update the floor;
- The main requirements for the final coating are impact resistance and durability, aesthetics are desirable, but not a key factor;
- All work needs to be done as soon as possible, because the tenant is already ready to move in and start his production;
- The floor loads will be of two types – dynamic in the form of cars, trucks, loaders and static in the form of machines weighing 1.5 tons.
Based on all of the above, a technical solution was chosen – reinforced concrete floor with topping.
