During the technical inspection of the object, we received the following data: the base is asphalt with a thickness of about 70-80 mm on good concrete slabs. When formulating the task, the customer called durability a key factor in the final coverage – the object is owned and there is a desire to use it for a long time. Also, when performing the work, it was necessary to take into account that there would be heavy traffic of various vehicles on this site.

Another requirement of the customer is that the work at this facility will be carried out in two stages, since this is an operating enterprise and it is not possible to stop the process. Accordingly, the process of installing the floor will look like this: first dismantle one half of the coating, pour, pause; then repeat the same steps for the other half. Another customer's wish is that the final coating should be with a smooth slope.

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

Already during the work, it became clear that additional actions are required to dismantle the old asphalt foundation, associated with an increase in the volume of dismantling. Everything was quickly agreed with the customer, and this did not greatly affect the initial work plan and deadlines. The rest of the work was carried out as usual.

OUR RESULTS

The client was satisfied with the result of our work. Moreover, he said that they are expecting another large facility where reliable floors need to be poured, and we are being considered as a contractor for a new facility.

This loading and unloading platform is our second facility in the city of Vidnoye, where we have carried out work to create a high-quality industrial coating.
