The customer had an industrial facility in Kostroma with a topping floor, which he planned to visit after work on the installation of a new coating.

Since the facility was 350 km away from our Moscow office, we did not go for a preliminary technical assessment. All issues were resolved via video link, a contract was signed and after that we organized a trip of our team to the place of work.
