The customer and the general contractor have already been to our clients before, for whom we have implemented several projects on industrial floors.

In this case, the object was an industrial building consisting of a basement and two floors, with one floor structure at the bottom and another on the floors.

Initially, the client was going to fill the floors in the basement and the floors on the first and second floors. We proposed to perform not just the filling of the floors, but to do it immediately with a reinforced top layer. This technical solution was extremely advantageous both from the point of view of costs and from the point of view of the future load on the stove. As a result, this option was implemented.

In the basement, we also announced our decision, since there was already a flooded load-bearing plate there. It was proposed to pour not it, but a concrete screed with reinforcement made of polypropylene macrofibre. The customer agreed with us here, because this method, firstly, solved his problems, and, secondly, it also turned out to be economically profitable.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

Although the technology of the floor arrangement chosen by us turned out to be a more profitable option, the work was not without difficulties.

Floor slabs are more difficult to fill than floors, as there is more complex reinforcement, more complex nodes. In addition, there were deformation seams.

The overlap had to be filled with a non-removable formwork made of profiled sheet. When working in this way, there were nuances: cracks, deformations, etc. It was also necessary to take into account the moment that the concrete should not have damaged the formwork.

In the course of the work, we encountered the fact that the customer changed the reinforcement units. For example, we have already "sarmated" more than half of the area on the ground floor, after which adjustments were made. I had to do the reinforcement again.

OUR RESULTS

Thanks to the chosen technical solutions and their successful implementation, it turned out to achieve high efficiency from the floor designs. We gave the client high quality, technological efficiency and at the same time budget savings.
