WE HAVE CHOSEN THE OPTIMAL ENGINEERING SOLUTION
The client owns several industrial premises. In some of them it was required to make a concrete floor with topping, and in one – a concrete screed and cover it with polymer on top.
The client wanted to solve the following problem. The premises had previously been filled with a concrete base. Now it remained to make a leveling screed with a protective coating. As mentioned above, topping was needed on a larger area, and a paint polymer was needed on a smaller one.
In places where a topping floor was required, we proposed a construction with macrofibre, since there were no heavy loads and there was a good concrete base. In the room where the concrete floor was planned, we chose a screed reinforced with mesh as a construction. Otherwise, the fiber would stick out, because here, according to the technical solution, the final coating had to be thin.
