The customer was active from the very beginning of our interaction – during telephone conversations he openly gave the required information. It was easy enough to work with him, discuss details, coordinate various points. When we offered our solutions, the client listened to them with interest, at the same time conveying his wishes to us.

What can be said about the object itself and the tasks set by the customer? Initially, this room was a workshop for the production of concrete blocks. The condition of the object, admittedly, was deplorable. The client wanted to make a warehouse for various seeds, fertilizers.

To do this, he turned to us for an industrial floor. As a technical solution, a standard option was chosen – a concrete floor, including fiber and a bp 5 road grid, with topping. The planned loads are electric cars weighing 4 tons and five–storey racks.

how we implemented this floor design

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

The base turned out to be very, very uneven. We came, took a picture – the customer knocked out where necessary, hollowed out. But even so, the base drops ranged from 7 cm to 20 cm.

And the problem was that the storm drain was leaking. There were large holes in the roof. Already during the pouring, and then the pouring, it began to rain well, and there was a lot of water on the concrete. To settle this situation, a car with a tower was driven into the room and the roof was redone right during the pouring. The water from the stove, of course, was then also cleaned and removed.

OUR RESULTS

In one shift we filled the entire area of 1,200 m2. Both the construction director and the customers themselves were present at the facility during the work. They saw the difficulties we had to face, and did not expect that we would be able to solve them so well. But standard technology, extensive experience and professional approach have done their job.

Well, the best confirmation of our labors from a satisfied client may be a new facility that needs help. And so it happened – we have already filled the floor in another room with an approximate same area, but we will tell you more about this on a separate page. Moreover, negotiations are already underway about work on the third facility.
