When contacting us, the customer immediately indicated what properties the finished floor should have - not very thick; level for free movement of the hydraulic trolley; non-dusting, so that it would be easy to clean.

The above, combined with the data obtained during the on-site technical inspection, led to the following decision: a topping floor with an average thickness of 9.5 cm with general reinforcement with plastic fiber and additional reinforcement with mesh in several places.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

We additionally reinforced the area of ​​the site with a mesh of about 100 m2, since there were ditches in this place in which the wires were located.

The premises were on the second floor, and the pouring was to be done using a boom concrete pump. Initially, there was a problem with which window opening to run the route through. Many different options were proposed, but the best one turned out to be this: they removed the lower glass from one of the openings.

At most sites, we use damper tape to create an insulating joint between the walls and the floor. Here, the client asked to install the formwork at a distance of 20 cm from the walls. That's what we did.

OUR RESULTS

Our production year 2025 has started very actively, and here is another successfully completed project in our portfolio.

By the way, concrete with an additive to increase mobility (of course, suitable for working with topping) was used here, and it showed itself well visually, and also received a good rating from the crew.
