The client turned to us with the task of making a concrete floor with a hardener in two hangars, and both rooms are operational. Ie, it was required to fill in two stages: first, half in each of the hangars, then wait for time and thereby allow the flooded area to dry; then the hangar workers will have to move the goods from the untouched half of each from the premises to the flooded coating; finish the filling on the second halves.

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

In each of the hangars there were not very high racks, and they were not disassembled. Because of this, large two-rotor grout machines simply did not pass in height in those places. The problem was solved by the fact that the floor under the shelves was processed with small "helicopters", and somewhere manually.

The second difficulty is the cold weather. I had to fill the floor quickly so that the concrete pump would not freeze.

OUR RESULTS

Concrete floors were filled in two hangars on time, of proper quality and without any complaints from the customer. In one of the rooms, a green topping was made – in our opinion, it looks very aesthetically pleasing. You can see this for yourself by looking at the photos of the stages of work below on this page.

Thanks to the work in these hangars, we have added another region of our vast country, the Kaluga Region, to our geography of completed objects.
