The customer contacted us again, but this time with an object of a larger area. The room was divided into two parts. The main area was planned for a warehouse, and in it the floor was needed in the horizon. The second zone was allocated for a production room. There was a separate gate for her. The division of the whole room by the wall into two separate ones was planned to be done after we poured the floors. Therefore, we took this moment into account when calculating the consumption of concrete and when shooting.

The loads at the facility were assumed to be standard – racks, carts. We chose and implemented a technology – a concrete floor with a reinforcing top layer.

how we implemented this floor design

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

Initially, the floors were very uneven – the base had bumps and pits. It was necessary to carefully calculate the consumption of concrete, so that then the final cost of work in the contract remained the same as when calculating. We also took this moment into account when providing estimates. In addition, after the shooting, we provided the customer's workers with a scheme according to which they had previously prepared the foundation for us: there were bumps in some areas. If we poured the floor without partial dismantling, then because of the irregularities we would have to lift all these 2,000 m2. That would be a big expense.

To solve the situation, we provided the client with a diagram in which we indicated which areas should be dismantled locally. Everything was done by our arrival. Thus, we managed to save a decent amount.

OUR RESULTS

As mentioned above, the work at this facility is the second order from the same client. And considering that last Friday he already paid for the filling of the floors at his third facility, we can confidently say that he is satisfied with the results.
