WE HAVE SELECTED THE OPTIMAL ENGINEERING SOLUTION
The object was a sewing enterprise. The peculiarity of this production was that a large amount of movement of fabrics on trolleys to the equipment and to the warehouse part of the room was expected in the room – the planned volumes were calculated in tons.
The room was located on the ground floor. The customer already had a concrete base, and linoleum was laid on this base at the time of contacting us. We agreed with him that he would clean the linoleum and dismantle one wall on his own, while we would organize the work and deliver materials.
After dismantling the linoleum by the customer, we arrived at the facility and took a picture. There were small differences of 2-3 cm across the entire area, except for one of the corners – in it the difference was 6-8 cm due to the presence of a slope. We suggested that this site should simply be leveled with concrete – not to fill up rubble and sand there, so as not to create an unnecessary layer between the base and our floor.
It was important to the customer that the floors last a long time. We proposed and agreed on our standard construction – a concrete floor with topping and reinforcement with polypropylene fiber.
