The object, located in the center of Moscow, was an underground parking on the 1st floor. It was required to make a concrete screed under a polymer coating. Reinforcement with polypropylene fiber was agreed upon inside the room itself, but at the exit it was necessary to perform combined reinforcement – both fiber and reinforcement mesh.

The difficulty was that the facility was located next to the Federation Council, so access was limited due to the access system and other high security measures.
